The College of Engineering’s Department of Engineering and Technology Management is proud to highlight the community engagement and professional growth of its students. Members of the Construction Management 2026 Competition Team and the Construction Management Student Organization recently volunteered at the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Clay Shoot Fundraiser, held at the Wilderness Gun Club in Lafayette, Louisiana.

Students worked alongside ABC staff and event participants, gaining valuable industry exposure and building professional connections as they prepare for the 2026 ABC National Construction Management Competition in Salt Lake City, Utah.

This experience provided an opportunity for students to engage with construction professionals, and observe real-world teamwork in action.
